Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Lawve does not provide legal advice. Community resources and any output produced when using them are not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing their accuracy, suitability, and use.

About these terms

Lawve AI is operated by Baguette Dynamics. These terms govern your use of Lawve. By creating an account or submitting content, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Contact us at contact@lawve.ai.

The service

Lawve is a community hub for resources such as skills, connectors, plugins, and posts. Public content can be browsed without an account. An account lets you publish, organize, review, and interact with content. Lawve is currently available without a subscription fee.

Community content is provided by its authors. Review or publication by Lawve does not amount to endorsement and does not guarantee that content is accurate, secure, complete, compatible with your systems, or suitable for a particular jurisdiction or matter.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must have authority to act for any organization you manage on Lawve.

Do not use Lawve to break the law, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, publish information you are not authorized to disclose, distribute malicious content, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, or perform automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the platform.

Your content and licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Baguette Dynamics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and make that content available as needed to operate Lawve. This permission lasts while the content is available and for a reasonable period in backups or where retention is legally required.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and grant this permission, and that the content does not unlawfully disclose confidential, privileged, or personal information. You choose the license displayed with each resource. That license, which may be open-source or proprietary, governs reuse by other users. Availability on Lawve does not grant rights beyond the displayed license or other permission from the author.

Review, moderation, and notices

Submissions may undergo automated technical checks and human review. We may request changes, reject, delist, archive, or remove content, and may restrict access to Lawve, where we reasonably believe it violates these terms or the law, threatens security, or creates material risk for users or the service. We may act immediately where the risk is urgent.

To report illegal or infringing content, email contact@lawve.ai with the exact URL, an explanation of the issue, supporting information, your contact details, and a statement that the notice is submitted in good faith. You may use the same address to contest a moderation decision.

Availability and responsibility

Lawve is provided "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that community content will be error-free. You are responsible for inspecting downloaded resources, protecting credentials and confidential information, complying with applicable licenses and professional duties, and verifying results before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, Baguette Dynamics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Lawve, community content, third-party services, or decisions made in reliance on them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Ending your use

You may stop using Lawve at any time and may request account closure at contact@lawve.ai. Removing content does not revoke rights already granted to others under its license. Provisions concerning content rights, responsibility, liability, and governing law continue where their nature requires it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as Lawve evolves. We will revise the date above and give reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect. We may request renewed acceptance where appropriate.

These terms are governed by French law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute. Disputes may be brought before the competent French courts, without affecting mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law.
